Hatha Yoga 1
Hatha Yoga 1 classes offer a slower paced and gentler version of my other classes and is an easygoing class that is designed for every body type. We explore subtle flow and movement through a range of postures to help move the student into a deeper flow practice at a gentler pace. Therapeutic movement and poses are incorporated into the practice to help reduce aches and pains while increasing mobility and strength in a safe, supportive environment. You will leave class feeling relaxed, refreshed, and smiling. All levels welcome.

Please consult with your physician first if you are experiencing acute injury or are in physical therapy.
