Mat Pilates
Pilates Strength
This class is designed for people at all levels of physical fitness. Focusing on form, technique, core strength, and flexibility, this class is a fusion of traditional Pilates and dynamic strength training with lots of variations and additions. This class will keep you moving in all directions resulting in a balanced body and strong core.
Props (not required, but used frequently): Pilates circle, small ball, blanket/towel or slider discs, resistance loops and bands, small hand weights. Sounds kinda like a yard sale, right? Don’t worry, we only use one or two per class. We have fun and work hard.
